A BIT ABOUT ME:
As you can imagine, my name is the ultimate irony of my life. Thankfully, it comes in handy when I need an icebreaker and of course, a logo!
I have lived in Maryland for 9 years and have enjoyed both city and county living. I currently live in the Mount Washington area with my wife Kristi and our 2 dogs and love being close to everything Baltimore has to offer!
In addition to my career as a Realtor® I am a Life Coach at Sinai Hospital, a position that offers me another way to help people reach their goals. Both jobs offer me great challenges and even greater rewards!
As a member of the HRC and Equality Maryland, I also believe it is important to advocate and educate when it comes to GLBT issues. I find that talking to students, participating in fund raising or advocacy events, and being out in my community and workplace are vital to putting a personal face to an often complicated topic.
The work I have done with GLBT clients has been personally rewarding and has created lasting friendships. I look forward to expanding my network as I help a wide array of people find or sell their homes.

First-time homebuyers may be able to take advantage of a tax credit for homes purchased in 2008 or 2009. The credit:

Applies to purchases that close after April 8, 2008, and before Dec. 1, 2009.

Applies only to homes used as a taxpayer's principal residence.

Reduces a taxpayer's tax bill or increases his or her refund, dollar for dollar.

Is fully refundable, meaning the credit will be paid out to eligible taxpayers, even if they owe no tax or the credit is more than the tax owed.
