Things to Know:
Overpricing increases the time your house will be on the market.  It is important to price your home at market value.

Preparing Your Home - A clean home and yard are essential to "showcase" the house.  New paint and shampooed carpets make a noticable difference.  Removing clutter from your home visually enlarges living space.  Make sure drapes are open and lights are on for showings.

Marketing Your Home - You should list your home with a real estate company and make sure you are well represented by a Realtor. For Sale By Owner homes typically sit on the market longer and don't generate as high an offer as those negotiated by a Realtor.  I will do everything I can to market your home creatively and effectively.

Dealing With An Offer - The bargaining gap should be small and reasonable.  Consider the time frame that is required and consider your motivation to sell.
